Pakistan Technical Skill Development Council (PTSDC) has been constituted as a statutory body under the Society Registration Act (XXI of 1860) by the Government of Punjab.
The primary objective of the Council is to make Technical and Vocational Training Programs flexible, demand-driven, and cost-effective with maximum participation from employers and the private sector.
